Liars "Scissor"

Perhaps this is just a bit too heavy to kick off a short work week, but at the same time we could just chalk it up as a lament for weekends gone past.

Liars' haunting tune "Scissors" oozes desperation and helplessness, and sonically, these guys deliver the goods. The video is clever and certainly solidifies the angst of the lyrics and the music. Life is heavy and it's coming down on you...no matter where you may find yourself...so good luck keeping your head above the water. I think Nick Cave would be proud.
